Gaffney Construction completed this large distribution warehouse in June 2016.

This concrete tilt-up includes 94,000 square feet of warehouse space with high rack storage and ESFR fire suppressions systems, 20 loading bay docks, and has a 2 story, 16,000 square foot office and design area. Gaffney also completed the site development and right of way improvements.
