Completed in January of 2018, this 45,000 sf clinic is the second clinic Gaffney Construction has built for the Stillaguamish Tribe. Unique features include faux log columns crafted of concrete and epoxy to create an incredibly realistic appearance while being virtually maintenance-free. There is a large roof top deck adjacent to a conference hall. Parking areas include pervious concrete paving and grass paved fire lanes to help minimize impacts on storm water runoff.
