Completed in June 2014, this 40,000 square foot Subaru dealership is a combination of structural steel/steel stud frame and pre-engineered metal building. The ACM rain screen system, radius curtain wall system and interior amenities are all a part of Subaru’s latest image design.  The service area contains in-ground vehicle lifts and vehicle exhaust systems, providing a very clean, crisp working atmosphere for the service techs. This was one of the owners’ most critical design aspects.

This project was completed in just 7 months, from site development to grand opening.
