Phase one consisted of developing 40 acres of the 80-acre site. Installing the infrastructure, roads, parks, trails, and a deer meadow. Buildings include a canoe carving workshop, 6 elders townhomes and 4 cottages, a wellness clinic, a pavilion, 5 single-family residences, and 6 youth townhomes.
