OSW is a large truck and mining equipment manufacturing building Gaffney completed in November 2018. The site required over 35,000 cubic yards of cut and fill, wetland mitigation, a large underground detention vault that was over 485 feet long and areas of pervious paving. The building has foundations to support the bright yellow 5 ton overhead cranes in almost every bay, as well as a large press break weighing over 300,000 pounds. Two massive paint booths and a mixing room were built into the west end of the building. Large gas and electrical loads were incorporated into the facility and required precise coordination with local utility providers.
